Back in 2017, Bob got himself his first den, a coffee bar and roastery, in a cosy garage in Charles de Gaulle Square. Its masters are Paul – a barista (national triple champion, ranked 3rd worldwide in the Coffee in Good Spirits championship), Alex – a roaster (2016 national and world champion in the Coffee Roasting Championship 2017), along with two coffee fans who prefer to stay anonymous. The pop up shop in Baneasa Shopping City is Bob’s new residence.
The coffee is selected from the most interesting farms in the world, freshly roasted in 3 Charles de Gaulle and brought to Baneasa to make the best espresso, capuccino, latte or V60, for prices that are friendlier than a man’s best friend. Some say Bob makes the best coffee in town, you wouldn’t know unless you come to see for yourself.
