Madre is the place where the flavors we grew up with take on a new

form.

A good meal isn't just about what's on your plate, it's about how you

feel when you sit down at the table. We wanted to build a lively, welcoming space where you can come in the morning for a breakfast and a great coffee that gives you energy, at lunch for a relaxed brunch, or in the evening for a laid-back get-together.

The menu, created by Chef Jannis Alexandridis, brings together dishes

that combine familiar flavors with contemporary touches, designed to make you come back, not just try it once. Our signature creations? Turta Madre, indulgent, ready to bite, served in savory combinations that surprise you every time, or sweet, with rich, delightful flavors. By our side are Boiler, for specialty coffee, and Corina Gheorghe, for fine desserts, local collaborations that bring authenticity and consistency to every visit.
